Oscar Graybill has been a practitioner, facilitator, and trainer of dialogue for over two decades. In the classroom he used dialogue in the form of Socratic Seminars to engage students in thoughtful conversations. As Director of Socratic Seminars International , he has worked across the United States with scores of teachers and administrators in the practice of dialogue.

Oscar’s recent successes come from working with school professionals in dialogue facilitation. School leaders throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond have experienced Oscar’s ability to train and coach professionals in the powerful practice of dialogue facilitation.

His expertise in training adults in the practice of dialogue along with his award-winning career as a high school English teacher, and his recent role as Director of Teaching and Learning for Walla Walla Public Schools, provide him with all the knowledge and skills to train professionals in the art and practice of dialogue.
